tion. That decision led to the founding of Veteran Construction & Roofing—built on the same principles that make our military the most respected institution in the world.
 
We are also proud to lead the industry in veteran hiring. Too many of our returning servicemembers face challenges when reentering the workforce. At VCRI, we are committed to changing that by maintaining the highest percentage of veteran sales representatives in the industry. We believe that those who have protected our freedoms abroad should have the opportunity to continue serving their communities here at home.
